Toscano I.g.t. Bianco Casata

The typical geographical indication "Toscano" or "Toscana" (Tuscany) is reserved for wines that need to be made from grapes from vineyards compound, in business, one or more of these grape varieties: Chardonnay, Canaiolo nero, Trebbiano, Alicante, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot grigio, Pinot black, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Vermentino, Verdello, Cabernet franc, Syrah, Merlot, Sauvignon, Traminer.
The area of production of grapes includes the entire administrative territory of the provinces: Arezzo, Florence, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato, Siena, in Tuscany.
These wines are genuine products for daily use that give character and quality standards to characterize wines from Tuscany.

PRODUCTION AREA: Central Tuscany Hills.
SPECIES OF VINE:  Trebbiano, Malvasia and Vermentino.
WINE MAKING: Soft sqeezing and accurate meintenance of the alcoholic fermentation on 17°-18°.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHECKING: Watery straw-coloured. Agreable fragrance depending by its place of origine. Harmonious and delicate.
GOOD WITH: Hors – d’oeuvres, withe meat, disse of fish.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: 10°
ALCOHOLIC PERCENTAGE: 12 % vol.  

Chianti D.o.c.g. 

The Chianti was the first Italian Doc wine  Doc and owes its name to the group of hills that lies between Florence and Siena, which now is the Chianti Classico zone, an area of 70,000 ha. located between the provinces of Florence and Siena, legally recognized as the most ancient and valuable production. The beauty, history, the feelings, the unique flavors of Tuscany can be found in this wine that is one of the first symbols of the Made in Italy.  For centuries in its vast  production area, there are present the same grape varieties: first of all the Sangiovese, then we can add a less extent variety, always grown in the territory.
Their combination and the font, body and scents that land, altitudes and different microclimates pass, give life to the Chianti wine of Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed (DOCG). The Chianti can be consumed, for some types, like a young, fresh and pleasing to the palate, wine, while it is also known,  that for some areas, for its vocation a medium and long-aging, will mature color, aroma and unmistakable flavor. 

PRODUCTION AREA: Siena and Firenze district.
SPECIES OF VINE: Sangiovese (85%) Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 15%
WINE MAKING: Hand grape-harvest, fermentation in tuns of steel in a temperature of 28°-30°. Preservation and thinning in oak butts for 12 months first and then in bottles for 3 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHECKING: Ruby red colour. Aroma of fruits, with fragrance of mellow fruits and red berries. Soft flavor and agreeable to the palate, with a strong body.
GOOD WITH: Roast meat, cheese, pasta and Tuscany salt pork.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: 18°-20°
ALCOHOLIC PERCENTAGE: 12,5 % vol.  

Morellino di Scansano D.o.c.g. 

        Between the typical products of the Maremma (TUSCANY), this wine is certainly the most representative. Its history comes from  Etruscans and Roman peoples, who not only already cultivated vines and produced wine, but had experienced the techniques used today to produce great wines. The screw kept low, for example, that is very close to cultivated land, is a technique that is used for quality wines, among which are the Morellino.
Morellino di Scansano is ideal for flat structured taste of red meat, soups and vegetables is particularly suitable for enjoying a long ripening cheeses. It is made from Sangiovese grapes at least 85% with the addition of other red grapes allowed by the province of Grosseto, is characterized by a ruby red color tending to garnet with aging, has ethereal scent, intense, pleasant, fine and its taste is dry, austere, warm, slightly tannic. 

PRODUCTION AREA: The species of vine are located at 150 metres of altitude upon the sea, in the Fonteblanda’s zone.
SPECIES OF VINE: Sangiovese (85%) and Merlot.
WINE MAKING: After the selection on the field, grapes keepon macerate with an accurate temperature checking, for 20-25 days. After the winter months the product does the fermentation in oak butts.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHECKING: Strong ruby red colour with some purple reflections. Persistent wine  fragrance, with accents of mellow fruits and a elegant note of vanilla. Soft tannic taste, great loncevity wine.
GOOD WITH: Unsparingly wine, very good with red meat and cheese
TASTING TEMPERATURE: 16°-18°
ALCOHOLIC PERCENTAGE: 13 % vol.

Toscano I.g.t. Rosso Casata
